I spend most of my free time chasing after my two young (energetic!) children, but when I’m not in ‘mum mode’ I enjoy swimming, jogging, expensive cocktails and a good natter with friends.

I believe in lifelong learning and am always eager to absorb new information and skills. I love running, going to the theater, watercolor painting, and cooking or baking.

Good intentions and compassion are important to me. In a world where you can be anything, be kind.

Beyond the workplace, I’m a massive cooking geek and love experimenting and perfecting my food game. I can sous vide the perfect 63 degree egg, brew kombucha and cure my own salmon.

Making time for my ‘anchors’ – that is, doing the things I love that really anchor me, to me – is fundamental. These include one-on-one catch ups with loved ones, visiting my favourite areas of London, cooking new recipes and looking after my home and house plants.

The most important things to me are the people in my life, deepening those relationships and adding new ones along the way. A vehicle for my extroversion is soccer, a game I’ve played for 40 years which rewards me with the highs of teamwork, friendship, physicality, and competitive drama.

I am a life-long learner and am always trying to grow, both as a creator and as a person. In my spare time I like to play video games, attend concerts, support the Los Angeles Dodgers and Angel City FC, and watch as many movies and shows as I possibly can.

I have a passion for continual learning through new experiences. From attempting a new cuisine to moving to a new country, I feel the best way to grow is to put yourself in situations you haven’t had opportunity to before.

With strong academics in psychology and neuro-science, Diellza challenges the status quo and applies theories to commercial strategies. In particular, she interrogates data to ensure insights are robust, valid, and actionable.

A highly experienced marketer, insight consultant and strategist, Sarah has worked client-side for Mars, Scottish Courage and Volvo, as well as holding executive positions at Cello Group and Insitas.

A few things important to me are friends, family and food. I can usually be found sampling the delights London has to offer, be it food, drink or experiences… or just watching the football.

An experienced mixed-method Consultant. She’s adept in qualitative and quantitative research and relishes finding the nuggets of insight that steer our clients to profitable growth.

Fostering an overall sense of wellbeing for myself and others is important to me. I love to spend my free time with friends doing just about anything, especially wine tasting (living in wine country – San Francisco – facilitates that!). I also value my solo time and am an avid reader and crossword puzzle enthusiast.

I relish time with my friends and grown kids, love making pots of soup, big salads and cocktails, adore the Oregon Ducks, and crave my time outdoors. This includes cycling, hiking, running, rafting, and exploring whatever’s around the next corner!

When not working, I’m most likely to be found on the water or up a mountain. The combination of being active in natural open spaces, with friends and family, fuels my energy – and is a good excuse for a glass (or two) or wine afterwards!

Family is everything to me. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, physical fitness, and audiobooks/podcasts about history.

Seeing my kids happy and thriving is imperative to me, so I spend most of my free time ferrying them around to various activities. I enjoy good times with friends and am partial to an Aperol Spritz, followed by good food and wine.
