Social justice and equality are important to me. I am eager to educate myself about issues and where possible support the different causes I feel strongly about. Outside of work, I love sport – both playing and watching. Coming from India, I am very predictably a cricket buff! Besides sport, I like to get my guitar out and strum a few songs.

Number one for me is family, although my boys are now pretty independent and it’s a bit of a wrench to find myself with a newly empty nest! The freedom and flexibility to ride my bike and travel more does make up for it a bit.

Making time for my ‘anchors’ – that is, doing the things I love that really anchor me, to me – is fundamental. These include one-on-one catch ups with loved ones, visiting my favourite areas of London, cooking new recipes and looking after my home and house plants.

Living a happy, healthy life surrounded by family and friends is important to me. Outside of work, I like to keep active through sports and dance, which are both lifelong passions of mine. I also love travelling and experiencing new things.

At the risk of sounding appallingly cheesy, treating people with kindness and fairness is important to me; I cannot stand injustice or cruelty. I love to wander around new cities, as well as read, sit in my garden, support Liverpool FC, drink margaritas and eat Japanese food.

With strong academics in psychology and neuro-science, Diellza challenges the status quo and applies theories to commercial strategies. In particular, she interrogates data to ensure insights are robust, valid, and actionable.

Fostering an overall sense of wellbeing for myself and others is important to me. I love to spend my free time with friends doing just about anything, especially wine tasting (living in wine country – San Francisco – facilitates that!). I also value my solo time and am an avid reader and crossword puzzle enthusiast.

I’m passionate about travelling and exploring new places. Learning new cultures and histories is something that I really enjoy and make me happy.  When I’m not at work, I like to socialize and connect with my family and friends.

A few things important to me are friends, family and food. I can usually be found sampling the delights London has to offer, be it food, drink or experiences… or just watching the football.

Fun and laughter are very important to me! I like to make sure there’s enough for everyone. I also enjoy whizzing about on my bicycle, exploring places, organising stuff, any sport that doesn’t require any skill, and plagiarising the odd tune.

I love creative problem-solving: from creating retro video-games using outdated software, to rock climbing on the cliffs and mountains around the Pacific Northwest, I enjoy anything that tests both my creativity and logic.

When not working, I’m most likely to be found on the water or up a mountain. The combination of being active in natural open spaces, with friends and family, fuels my energy – and is a good excuse for a glass (or two) or wine afterwards!

Living my life with love and compassion is my top priority. I really enjoy connecting with the outside world, whether it’s meeting new people or exploring new places with my loved ones (I’m a huge fan of the national parks!).

To me, time is well spent when it’s with friends and family. I love to travel and experience new places, and have an obsession with sport, whether that’s getting out on the golf course or just watching the rugby in the pub.
