I’m delighted that we have just won the AURA award for Commercial Acumen. Thank you to AURA and to all our clients.
That’s now the third time we have won this award in the past four years. When we first won the award in 2014, we were absolutely delighted. We have always understood the importance of making our work relevant to the specific people and challenges of our clients and felt that this was a fantastic endorsement that our clients both noticed and really valued this.
The more we reflected on our success, the more we realised that we needed to do even more to emphasise the importance of commercial acumen in our work. Of course we love uncovering consumer insights that have the potential to be transformative for our clients, but identifying the opportunity is not enough. You’ve got to unlock it, and that requires savvy consultants with great commercial acumen working in partnership with smart, open clients.
So for us, insight and commercial acumen are ‘on a level’ and we consciously try to be excellent at both. We hope our clients keep noticing.
